Applications are now open for APostLab’s 17th Annual Post-Production Workshop. The project-based workshop, taking place this year on November 13-17, 2026 in Vienna, will offer producers and post-production supervisors a deep, hands-on understanding of the technical, financial, and creative aspects of post-production in a European, international co-production context.
The 5-day residential, 2-day online program is open to post-production supervisors, and to producers working on internationally co-produced features or series, including documentaries, at the stage of development, financing, or pre-production.
The 17th edition will feature a mix of plenary sessions, group work, and individual training. During the workshop, producers will team up with post-production supervisors to design a tailored post-production workflow, schedule, and budget for the producer’s project. Participants will be split into two groups, each guided by a seasoned producer and post-production supervisor.
The 17th Annual Workshop is supported by Creative Europe MEDIA, ÖFI- Austrian Film Institute, FILMAKADEMIE WIEN, VAM Verwertungsgesellschaft für audiovisuelle Medien, FAMA – Film and Music Austria and ABA – FILM in AUSTRIA, alongside Listo Post-Production and Cosmix Studios.
Deadline: September 6, 2026 at midnight (CEST).
