Annual workshop

The call for applications for the 14th APostLab annual post-production workshop is now closed. The workshop will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia from the 26th to the 31st of October 2023.

Testimonials

The structure with a producer and a post-production supervisor is super interesting because one is talking more about the financing and the other is linking that with the technical aspect, I think those are related conversations, so it is great to have the two together

Myléne Augustin (Canada), producer –  13th Annual Workshop (Luxembourg, 2023)

(About the impact of the workshop) “Reduced stress and avoid unpleasant surprises, even if they will happen anyway.”

Emilie Lacourt (Luxembourg), post-supervisor – 13th Annual Workshop (Luxembourg, 2023)

About the Annual Workshop

The Annual Workshop is a 6-day, residential, project-based programme involving plenary sessions, group work, and individual consultation. During this intensive workshop, participants get a better understanding of the technical, financial, and creative aspects of post-production in an international production environment.
Participants work closely together in teams, designing a workflow, a schedule and a budget for the producers’ project and are assisted by internationally acclaimed industry professionals.
Participant teams will be assigned into groups, each of which will be assigned two group leaders; a producer and a post-production supervisor.
The workshop is conducted in English and accommodates 22 participants.
